The offer
A branded talent platform for your community, clients or workforce. RheinTalent supplies the application and manages hosting on our own servers.
01 / Your white-label platform
RheinTalent provides the app and hosts it on our own servers for your users across Europe. Built for hubs, public organisations, recruitment consultancies and larger employers.

02 / A European opportunity
At the EDIH.li kick-off, Marcin Piaskowski from the EU AI Office encouraged us to share initiatives such as RheinTalent with a wider audience.
A branded talent platform for your community, clients or workforce. RheinTalent supplies the application and manages hosting on our own servers.
Which audience would you serve? What should the platform do for them? Together we define the scope of your own solution.
We are using the Apply AI Summit in Brussels on 17 November 2026 to meet organisations interested in building their own platform.
Workshop context supplied by Hartmut Hübner. This is an independent commercial offer, not an EU endorsement or confirmed Summit speaking slot.
03 / Who the platform is for
Select your organisation type to explore a possible application of your own platform.
Offer the companies and talent in your ecosystem a shared place to build profiles, publish opportunities and explore potential fit under your hub’s brand.
Discuss: your member base, region and the service your hub wants to provide.
Application scenarios to scope together. The feature set and any extensions are agreed for your platform.
04 / The product foundation
The regional RheinTalent service demonstrates the product foundation: profiles, vacancies, AI-supported preparation and matching, with human control.
Candidates organise their experience and preferences. Employers describe their organisation and the roles they need to fill.
CVs, company websites and job descriptions provide material for structured suggestions that users review and confirm.
Skills and purpose help people explore potential fit. Anonymised profiles and contact approval support a controlled introduction.
Your white-label project builds on this application. We agree which capabilities to include and which adaptations your audience needs.
05 / What makes AI useful
Your platform can help users work with information that does not fit neatly into a job title or a keyword search.
Structure information from CVs and other source material into profiles that people can check and improve.
Guided purpose interviews help people describe what drives them and help organisations articulate their values and working context.
Compare approved information and explain possible fit. Users review the evidence and make the selection decisions.
06 / An interactive product example
This fictional example illustrates a capability of the platform. Select a dimension to explore the conversation it supports.
Fictional discussion example · not live matching results
Our example candidate has improved manufacturing processes. The employer needs experience with these workflows.
Human review: which results did the candidate personally deliver?
Matching indicates similarities. It is not an objective suitability assessment or a prediction of hiring success.
07 / Control and permissions
A white-label platform needs clear rules for visibility and access. RheinTalent’s contact workflow provides a concrete starting point.
Interactive workflow demo with fictional data
We agree the roles, access rules and consent journey for your platform during scoping.
08 / Managed hosting in Europe
Your users access your branded application. RheinTalent provides hosting on our own servers for organisations serving users across Europe.
You define the audience, brand and intended service. Together we establish who manages users and content and how people receive support.
We provide the application and manage the server environment. Hosting, maintenance, support responsibilities and service levels are specified in your proposal.
The reference platform uses Hetzner infrastructure in the EU and Mistral’s European API endpoint. We document the processing and providers for your deployment.
During scoping we establish access permissions, data separation, retention, backup and recovery needs, and the applicable data-processing responsibilities. AI requests can involve external processing by the agreed model provider; own-server hosting does not mean every AI operation runs on that server.

We turn your requirements into a defined implementation scope before building your platform.
Your name and visual identity, target users, regions and launch languages.
Which profile, vacancy, matching and contact workflows you need, and who can use or manage them.
Expected usage, any integrations or data imports, support arrangements and the rollout plan. We assess requested extensions individually.
10 / The B2B offer
You buy a white-label platform solution with managed hosting. We price the agreed scope for your organisation.
Branding, configuration and agreed adaptations, plus any required migration or integration work.
Hosting, maintenance, support and anticipated usage, including the AI processing your service needs.
We discuss how you will offer the platform to your audience and which commercial or public-service model it should support.
Request a conversation to define scope and receive a tailored proposal. White-label pricing and contract terms are agreed individually.
11 / Building your platform
We begin with a conversation about the service you want to create.
Describe your audience and goals. We demonstrate the relevant workflows and identify what your platform needs.
Agree branding, features, data responsibilities, hosting and support. Define deliverables and acceptance criteria in the proposal.
Configure and adapt the platform, test with your chosen users, and agree readiness for launch. RheinTalent hosts the resulting service.
12 / Discuss your own platform
Tell us who you want to serve and what you want to build. We’ll use this to start a conversation about your white-label solution.
