Template for after the workshop

Try a regulatory monitor

In the 90-minute session, someone in the room suggests a topic and the regulation they want to track. The presenter shows the installed Skill, runs it on their computer and checks the result against an original source. You do not need your own AI tool. After the session, you can try this template: six fields create a Claude Skill as a ZIP file. Your entries stay in your browser.

How to use the monitor

  1. 1In Claude, open Settings and go to Skills. Upload the ZIP there.
  2. 2Turn on web search. Without web search, the monitor finds nothing.
  3. 3Ask: “Create the regulatory report for [month].”

The frequency sets the reporting period. The monitor only runs on its own as a scheduled task, for example in the Claude Cowork schedule. Without a schedule, you start it with one sentence.

The sources are suggestions. Have your legal department check the list before you use the monitor in production.

The three rules in the skill

  1. 1. Approved sources only. The list of sources is final. Anything not on the list is not checked.
  2. 2. Every statement has evidence. Source, date, link and a verbatim quote. If anything is missing, it says “not evidenced”.
  3. 3. A human decides. The workflow does not judge. Unclear points become open questions. A human approves before anything is sent.
