AI workshop for fiduciary offices

Liechtenstein · Venue and date to follow

Do you already use AI and want to apply it to your mandate work? Bring a process from your office, such as checking documents, preparing a mandate review or drafting a client question. Learn to set data rules and approvals, describe the process in an interview and build a useful Skill. Finally, work in teams on a fiduciary app interface in Lovable.

Your day in four steps

Step 1 · 09:00 to 10:00

Use AI safely

A short introduction: which data may you use, where is it processed, and which decisions stay with you?

A fiduciary team interviews each other about a process

Step 2 · 10:00 to 11:45

Describe your fiduciary process

Interview each other using four questions: the current process, the problem, the desired process and a good result. The questions come from the workshop with Remo Guntli.

Step 3 · 11:45 to 14:45

Create and use fiduciary Skills

Use the Skill Generator to turn your process description into a reusable instruction. Run it, then check it against a second case.

Two teams draft a fiduciary app

Step 4 · 14:45 to 17:00

Build a fiduciary app? Try it together

In teams, use Lovable to build a first interface, such as a mandate board with an AI dialogue and client messages. Then discuss its value, data needs and the next step.

Course objective

Describe one of your own processes, build a Skill and check its result. With your team, also create a first clickable app interface. By the end, you can assess what a Skill can do and where your office needs an application.

Who it is for

Owners, mandate managers and staff in small fiduciary offices in Liechtenstein and Switzerland who have some experience with AI. No programming skills are required.
